One of the shortlisted firms has raised few
queries which are answered as under :
Q.1 There is no explicit mention of the location of the
Project Office. We are assuming that the project office office
would be Rail Bhawan, New Delhi. Is this assumption correct?
Ans. The Project office will be located in New Delhi.
Project office will NOT be in Rail Bhavan. It will be located in
the office of Rail Vikas Yojna Nigam (RVNL), Safdarjang
Development Area, Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi.
Q.2 Refer to clause 10.1 under 10. Negotiations, page 18
.....The invited Consultants will, as a pre-requisite for
attendance at the
negotiations, confirm availability of all nominated experts and
satisfy
such other pre-negotiation requirements as the Client may
specify. ....
What are these "pre-negotiations" requirements? We need to be
aware of these requirements at this stage itself.
