Railway Transformation LectureSeries

Ministry of Railways have launched Railway Transformation Lecture series to guide the officers and staff on transformation of Indian Railways. The lectures would be delivered by transformation leaders from across disciplines be it industry, academia or practitioners. The major themes of the lectures would include Leadership, Change Management, Motivation, Problem solving, Negotiations, Communication and Ethics.

The Railway Transformation Lecture series was launched on 3^rd February 2017 by the Hon’ble Minister of Railways Shri Suresh PrabhakarPrabhu. First lecture was delivered by the eminent motivational speaker and writer, Shri Shiv Khera on 3^rd February 2017. Theme of this lecture was “Optimize performance by building on positive attitude, leadership, motivation and values”.

The second lecture in the Railway Transformation Lecture series was delivered on 6^th February 2017 by ShriPramath Raj Sinha, Managing Director of 9.9 Media, ex MD and CEO of ABP Group, Partner at McKinsey and founding Dean of the Indian School of Business (ISB). Theme of this lecture was “Personal Perspectives on Leadership”.

The third lecture in the Railway Transformation lecture series was delivered by Shri O.P. Bhatt, ex Chairman of State Bank of India on February 10, 2017. Theme of the lecture was“Challenges of Transformation in Public Sector”.
