            Passing Out Parade (POP) of 94 Lady Constable Recruits (Batch No. 1) consisting of recruits from 04 Railway Zones (SCR, SR, ECoR and SWR) was held at RPSF 10BN Subsidiary Training Centre, Dhanbad, on 12.10.2020. Sri Anil Kumar Mishra, DRM/ECR/DHN presided over the function as the Chief Guest. The Lady Constable Recruits have been rigorously trained for 8 months in Indoor & Outdoor subjects to face the upcoming challenges over Railways. After passing the final exam today they participated in this colourful parade and took their pledge to henceforth become the member of Railway Protection Force. The Parade was organized while maintaining social distancing and observing all the formalities related to COVID 19. Live streaming of the Parade was done so that the family members of the Constable recruits and RPF personnel can watch it Live on Youtube. Shri Anil Kumar Mishra, DRM/ECR/DHN, gave away medals and certificates to CT Katta Prashanti who was adjudged Indoor Best cadet, CT Elisetti Poornima who was adjudged Outdoor Best cadet and  medal for Overall Best cadet was presented to CT Thumma Manogna. CT Bolleboina Sruthi and CT Neha Kumari were given medal and certificate for being Parade Commander and Parade 2 I/C respectively. In his address, the Chief Guest talked about how the Lady recruits are expected to take special responsibility and how they are to focus on vulnerable sections of the society, women and children to curb trafficking of women and children. He also wished the young cadets a bright future.
