Guidelines & Proforma for Railway Week MR Award, 2013

 Nominations have been called for from General Managers of Zonal Railways, Production Units, others units and from Senior Officers of Board’s office for consideration of names of Officers/staff for grant of Railway Week MR Award, 2013. Guidelines & Proforma for Railway Week MR Award are as under:-

1.Guidelines For Railways/PUs To be Followed While Sending Nominations for Railway Week MR Award, 2013- Annexure-I  For Railways.

2.Guidelines for Officers/Staff working in Board’s office for Railway Week MR Award, 2013-  Annexure-I For Board’s Office.

3. Proforma for Nominations To Be Sent in Triplicate-Annexure-II.  

4.Declaration To Be Signed By The Concerned Nominee In Person- Annexure-III.

5.The last date for nominations to reach Secretary, Railway Board’s Office is 26.2.2013.

6. Nominations from Railways/PUs should necessarily have the approval of concerned General Manager.

7.In the forwarding DO letter/letter of the nominee, it should be clearly indicated that no D&AR and/or Vigilance case(s) is pending against the concerned employee.

Please Note Nomination without Annexure-III and Profroma with Incomplete Data would not be processed.
