This facility will help Railway Hospital authority to provide adequate Specialist treatment in their Hospitals.
1.4.To make anesthetic available ,their rate if payment for their professional services has been increased.
For Railway Hospitals with number of doctors post 9 or below anesthetic can be called without having a regular post of anesthetic in that
Railway Hospital.
1.5To provide better Ayurvedic & Homeopathic treatment in Railway Hospitals following important changes done::

1.6.3In case of fulltime contract doctors for whom Railway accommodation is provided, an amount equivalent to the sum of
HRA ( as indicated above)and license fee of the accommodation so provided be deducted from the monthly remuneration
of the concerned medical practitioner.
1.6.4.The daily rate of deduction of remuneration for absence, in excess of eligibility, should be, as indicated below:-
