Sub:     Classification of “Urea”.


            Sanction of the Central Government is accorded to classify and charge Urea in all forms at Class-90 in trainload and at Class-95 in wagonload.

            These instructions will come into force  with immediate effect. 

            Charging for damaged urea in case of past movements can also be done at the Class then applicable to Urea and undercharges, if any, may be withdrawn. 

            This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate in the Ministry of Railways. 

            Issue necessary instructions to all concerned and acknowledge receipt.
