Freight rebate
on Ammonia (Anhydrous Liquefied Gas) and Phosphoric
Acid moving in privately owned tank wagons.
Further to Board’s letter no.TCR/1644/95/1
dated 18.11.2003 (Rates Circular No.28 of 2003), it has been
decided to extend the percentage rebate notified in Rates Circular No.28
of 2003 for Ammonia (Anhydrous Liquefied Gas) and Phosphoric Acid moving
in privately owned tank wagons for a period of six months i.e. from
01.04.2004 to 30.09.2004. All
other terms and conditions stipulated in the above mentioned letter
continue to apply unchanged.
This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate in the
Ministry of Railways.
