para 4 of Rule 125 of IRCA Goods Tariff No.41, Pt.I Vol.I for
fertilizer traffic from dual gaugestations between Samakhiali and
Gandhidham via Palanpur transhipment point : Post facto
sanction. |
Post facto sanction of the
Central Government is accorded to the relaxation of Rule 125(4) of IRCA
Goods Tariff No.41, Pt.I Vol.I in respect of fertilizer traffic booked
from dual gauge stations between Samakhiali and Gandhidham (including
sidings and Kandla port) and moved via MG-BG route via Palanpur
transhipment point between 30.9.1997 and 31.10.1998. The fertilizer
traffic moved via Palanpur transhipment in the above period would be
charged by the actual MG cum BG route without comparing with the all BG
route.
This issues with the concurrence
of the Finance Directorate in the Ministry of Railways.
Please issue necessary
instructions to all concerned and acknowledge receipt of this letter.
