Exemption from para 4 of Rule 125 of IRCA Goods Tariff  No.41, Pt.I Vol.I for fertilizer traffic from dual gaugestations between Samakhiali and Gandhidham via Palanpur transhipment point :  Post facto sanction.


           Post facto sanction of the Central Government is accorded to the relaxation of Rule 125(4) of IRCA Goods Tariff No.41, Pt.I Vol.I in respect of fertilizer traffic booked from dual gauge stations between Samakhiali and Gandhidham (including sidings and Kandla port) and moved via MG-BG route via Palanpur transhipment point between 30.9.1997 and 31.10.1998.  The fertilizer traffic moved via Palanpur transhipment in the above period would be charged by the actual MG cum BG route without comparing with the all BG route. 

           This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate in the Ministry of Railways. 

           Please issue necessary instructions to all concerned and acknowledge receipt of this letter.
