S.O.  731(E). - In Exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Indian Railway Board Act, 1905 (4 of 1905), the Central Government hereby invests the Railway Board with all the powers and functions of the Central Government under sub-section (1) of section 89 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989)
