Field Supervision, Technical & General Services:
Weightage factors as per
para (A) shall be applied and units of Track Machines calculated by multiplying
number of each type of Track Machine with the weightage factor requirement for
field supervision, technical and general services shall then be worked out on
the following scale for a set of 4 units:

Staff requirements shall
be determined by multiplying number of each type of Track-Machine with the
weightage factor and the above scale shall be applied for a set of 8 units.
Note :
All posts of supervisors
and artisans shall be placed in different grades according to percentage
distribution of number of posts in these categories laid down in general cadres
of the Railway Ministry applicable to such categories.
