FROA GBM AND ELECTIONS TO FORM NEW GOVERNING COUNCIL
It has been decided to hold GBM and elections to form new Governing Council on 09th and 10th April, 2012. The venue is Conference Hall, Rail Bhavan, New Delhi. The meeting will start from 11.00 hrs onwards.
All Federating Units who have not yet sent their list of Executive Committees are requested to expedite the same.

FROA condemns incidence of assault on ADEN, Shri P.V. Sudhaker, South Central Railway by Shri Sarvey Sathyanarayana, Hon?ble M.P. and Shri G. Sayanna, Hon?ble M.L.A and later misbehaviour with General Manager, South Central Railway. Railway officers? fraternity strongly feels that severe action should be taken against such acts of physical assault and intimidation.

FROA TENDERS ORAL EVIDENCE BEFORE 6TH CPC
FROA HAS TENDERED ITS ORAL EVIDENCE BEFORE THE 6TH CENTRAL PAY COMMISSION ON DATE i.e. APRIL 2, 2007. SECRETARY GENERAL/FROA ALONGWITH GOVERNING COUNCIL MEMBERS MADE A DETAILED PRESENTATION . ALL ISSUES/PROPOSALS INCLUDED IN THE MEMORANDUM WERE DISCUSSED IN A THREAD BARE MANNER. IT WAS HEARTENING TO NOTE THAT HON?BLE CHAIRMAN AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION INTERACTED ON MOST OF THE ISSUES WHICH INDICATED THEIR LEVEL OF INTEREST IN THE ORAL EVIDENCE BY FROA. WHILE CONCLUDING HON?BLE CHAIRMAN AND OTHER MEMBERS APPRECIATED THE PRESENTATION.
